If you are a dentist into 2 years of practice or 15 years, you are eligible to join the DBM Intense Program, provided you are serious about taking your practice to the next level with excellence in patient care and building the systems in your practice which are implementable and sustainable.

When Dr. Sachin Mittal came to Hisar, Haryana, an unknown city to him 7 years back, he started his small dental practice with single chair.
“In the next 5 years, I worked hard and converted my practice to 2 chair dental practice.”
At that very moment, he has a wish to make a dream implant center and he started doing courses for implants, dental practice and management, with a mission to fulfill his dream.

Dr. Niket Mehrotra started following the DBM since the time of its inception when he saw many of his seniors united together and doing something for which he shared great love management.
But somehow he did not board the DBM until year three he says, “At year 3 of DBM, I was very sure that I want to join this.”
His intention was not only to learn but he was also very keen to know that how could he spread this flavour of dentistry to the fellow dentists’.

Dr. Akshat Gupta

A run of the mill dentist, who was going to the clinic on an everyday basis- doing patients, earning money and coming back home, is how Dr. Akshat Gupta described himself before he became a part of DBM.
The monotony and routine cropped up questions in his mind, which is quite commonly running on huge number of dentists minds as well these days.
“Will this profession ever enable me to live the lifestyle I have always dreamed of?”
“When will the patients understand that they cannot get treatments which require such high level of precision and focus for a cheap cost?”

Dr Manish Chitnis obtained his dental degree in India and has enjoyed a successful career in dentistry for the past 23 years. After gaining experience in India and UK whilst working in small as well as large corporate dental clinics, he decided to run his own practice in the UK, where he is the owner of Dental Concepts, a thriving dental practice in Whitchurch. His practice is on a growth path with the more clinics opening soon in UK, the next one opened in Andover last February 2016. The new practice in Andover is an Advanced state of the art centre with all the latest technology available. Besides growing his dental practice, Manish is passionate about sharing knowledge and resources with other dentists in the brand new spacious education centre at Andover and has also run many training programmes in Oxford and Hampshire in the areas of clinical governance, dental business best practices and designing the best possible patient journey within the economic framework of a dental practice.

Dr Santosh Pingale obtained his dental degree from Pune and has enjoyed a successful career in dentistry for the past 17 years in his own 3 chair Practice, White Castles International Dental Care at Pimpri-Chinchwad. He also was part of Pune's first ever huge corporate group Practice Pune International Dental Hospital.
After gaining Fellowship and experience in Implantology and Cosmetic Dentistry he decided to learn the Business of Dentistry from Dental Business Masters Academy by Manish Chitnis.
His practice is on a growth path since then .After he won the 1st position in DBM Speakers Academy he was appointed as DBM Coach for the Practice Management Subject.His interest in improving the standards of Dental health care in India inspired him to work towards NABH accreditation , which is nearing to application process. Besides DBM he is also Director for India Division of the global community Dentinal Tubules started by Dhru Shah-UK. Santosh is passionate about sharing knowledge and resources with other dentists and helping them grow by conducting training programmes in areas of clinical governance, Associate Dentist recruitment, designing the best possible patient journey and also updates in Clinical Dentistry, under the banners of DBM and DT.
He is playing a major role in encouraging Practicing Dentist to develop a Associate Dentist based Practice and successfully serves a helping hand for thousands of new Dentists in finding jobs through his SPs Dentist-Locum WhatsApp Forums.
He is a passionate Badminton player having won numerous titles in Doctors tournaments . Carving and Blogging are his other hobbies.
He is a proud father of a Daughter, Aarushee, and has a lovely wife, Dr Sujata who is the Co-owner of WCI Dental Care. Not to forget '', their adorable dog, Glitter who is also an integral part of the family.

Dr Sameer Thukral

Dr. Sameer Thukral has completed his MDS in 2010. He holds a Masters Degree Certificate in Dental Lasers from the University of Vienna. He is also a Fellow of the ICOI. He is currently into private practice in Pune, a practice which is now 29 years old. They work as a team comprising of specialists in every field allowing them to cover all aspects of dentistry. Dr. Sameer Thukral’s focus in the practice comprises of Dental Implants and Cosmetic Dentistry including Smile Makeovers.
He has trained extensively in these fields all over the world.

Dr Shruti Salian

Dr.Shruti has completed her BDS from Sinhgad dental college ,Pune in 2015 and has been practising since then in Mumbai .
Along with clinical dentistry , her interest in non clinical aspects of dentistry brought her to work with Dental business masters , where she found perfect balance .
Being an  avid reader , she finds writing blogs about various life experiences inspires her .

She also shares a deep passion for dancing and is trained classical dancer.
She has been working with DBM for the last one year and it has helped her grow her practice, meet inspiring people and learn about the business aspects of dentistry.
Her goal is to support the movement of bringing in this new culture that the Indian dental fraternity needs to acknowledge and accept .

I am a Dental Graduate from the University of Pune. Recently I have completed my fellowship from International Society for Quality in Healthcare (ISQua). I have been running my private dental practice since 1997. I have always worked towards delivering exceptional patient care.
During my visits to the dental practices abroad, I always wondered why all dental practices couldn’t function and deliver the healthcare in the way that it is delivered in the best practices throughout the world.
This motivated me to make further changes in my own dental practice, which allowed me to match the quality standards in my dental practice to the  International standards of Quality of Care.
This process helped me to secure the Accreditation Certificate from NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers).
My Dental Practice is the first Dental Practice in Maharashtra (India) to comply with the international standards of healthcare quality & safety and Secure this accreditation.
I am on a mission to change the face of the Healthcare industry where patients will receive the highest Quality of Care.
