D – Discipline – Be fair to all and make sure you have clear lines of communication telling your staff what the business expects from them. Non Compliance – will be taken seriously and it will be fair to all.
A – Appreciate – Regular formal and informal appreciation of your staff should be a part of day to day work culture. This should happen in private and public.
R – Reward – Any extraordinary activity by staff members should be rewarded. Financial rewards and bonuses help. Target based incentives can be done but have to be carefully planned.
T – Trust – The very important part of work culture is Trust. If you have full 100% trust in your team then that’s what you get back. Take them on face value and help them to your best capacity.
